EFDA and Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration Partner to Launch Online Services
The Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) and the Federal Ministry of Trade and Regional integration have entered into an agreement to collaborate on providing online services. The partnership aims to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and cost-effectiveness of services delivered by both the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration and the EFDA through digital platforms.
At the signing ceremony, Negash Seme, Deputy Director General of the Food Sector at the EFDA, highlighted that the agreement will streamline service delivery for the public and foster better coordination between the two institutions. He emphasized that digitizing these services will significantly improve their effectiveness and accessibility.
The agreement is seen as a pivotal step in ensuring more efficient and coordinated service delivery through digital transformation.
