የኮሮና ቫይረስ _ 19 በሽታ በቅርብ ጊዜ በተገኘ ኮሮና ቫይረስ ተብሎ በሚጠራ ቫይረስ ምክንያት የሚመጣ ተላላፊ በሽታነው።
እስካሁን ድረስ ለዚህ በሽታ መከላከያ ክትባትም ሆነ መፈወሻ መድኃኒት የለውም፡፡ ሆኖም ተመራማሪዎች ለበሽታው መከላከያ የሚሆን ክትባትና መፈወሻ መድኃኒት ለማግኝት ሌት ከቀን እየሠሩ ሲሆን ውጤት ተገኝቶ አገልግሎት ላይ ለማዋል ብዙ ወራቶችን ስለሚጠይቅ አሁንም መንግሥትና የጤና ባለሙያዎች የሚነግሩንን ምክር ተቀብለን ተግባራዊ ማድረግ አማራጭ የሌለው አማራጭ ነው፡፡
የሚከተሉትን በጥንቃቄ በመፈጸም አዎ ይቻላል፡፡
1) እጅን በውሀ እና በሳሙና ቶሎ ቶሎ በአግባቡ መታጠብ፣ ውሀና ሳሙና በአካባቢያችን ከሌለ ደግሞ የእጅ ማጽጃ ኬሚካሎችን (Hand sanitizer) በመጠቀም እጅን በደንብ ማጽዳት፤
2) አለመጨባበጥ
3) አካላዊ ርቀትን መጠበቅ (ቢያንስ 2 የአዋቂ እርምጃ ወይንም 2 ሜትር ርቀት ጠብቀው መንቀሳቀስ)
በአሁኑ ወቅት ከኮሮና ቫይረስ _ 19 በሽታ መከሰት ጋር ተያይዞ የተለያዩ ሀገራትና ብዙኃን መገናኛ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎችን አስመልክቶ የተለያዩ መረጃዎችን እያወጡ ይገኛሉ፡፡ ይህንን ተከትሎ በሀገራችን የኮሮና ቫይረስ _ 19 በሽታ ከተከሰተበት ጊዜ አንስቶ ዜጎች የተለያዩ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎችን ሲጠቀሙ ይታያል፡፡ ይሁን እንጂ ከበሽታው አደገኛነት ጋር ተያይዞ ስለምንጠቀምባቸው የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎች ምንነት፣ ከምን እንደተሠሩ፣ የት እንደተሠሩ፣ አግባብ ያለው የመንግስት አካል ዕውቅና እንደሰጠው ማረጋገጥ እጅግ በጣም አስፈላጊ ነው፡፡ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብል መጠቀም ብቻ በቫይረሱ ከመያዝም ሆነ ከማስተላለፍ ሙሉ በሙሉ ስለማይከላከል ሌሎቹን የመከላከያ መንገዶች ማለትም እጅን ቶሎ ቶሎ በአግባቡ መታጠብ፣ አልኮል ያለው ሳኒታይዘር መጠቀም፣ አካላዊ ርቀት መጠበቅና ባለመጨባበጥ መከላከል ይቻላል፡፡
የተለያዩ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎች በገበያ ላይ የሚገኙ ሲሆን የኮሮና ቫይረስ _ 19 በሽታን የመከላከል አቅማቸው ግን በሚሠሩበት የጥሬ ዕቃ፣ አዘገጃጀትና አጠቃቀም ይወሰናል፡፡
የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭምብሎች ዓይነቶች፦
- ከጨርቅ የተሠራ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብል (ማስክ)(cloth masks)፦ በቤት ውስጥና በፋብሪካ ከመቶ ፐርሰንት(100%) ጥጥ ወይንም ተመጣጣኝ ደረጃ ካላቸው የጨርቅ ዓይነቶች የሚመረቱ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭምብሎች ለሕክምና አገልግሎት ከሚውሉ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎች የማይመደቡ ሲሆን የት እና ማን እነዚህን ዓይነት ጭንብሎችን ይጠቀም የሚለውን የጤና ሚኒስቴር የሚሰጠውን መግለጫና መመሪያ መከተል ያስፈልጋል ፡፡
- ለሕክምና አገልግሎት የሚውል የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብል (Medical mask):- ይህ ዓይነቱ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብል ከሕክምና የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎች የሚመደብ ሲሆን ጭንብሉን ከለበሰ ታማሚ ሰው አፍ የሚወጡ ከፍ ከፍ ያሉ ቅንጣቶችን (large particles) አካባቢን እንዳይበክል ያግዛል፡፡ እንዲሁም ከፍ ከፍ ካሉ የደምና የሰውነት ፈሳሽ ፊዚካል ባሪዬር (physical barrier) በመሆን የጠብታ ብናኝ (droplets) አካባቢን እንዳይበክል ይከላከላል፡፡ በመሆኑም እነዚህን ዓይነት ጭንብሎችን መጠቀም የሚመከር ሲሆን ነገር ግን በዓለም አቀፍና አገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ከፍተኛ እጥረት ስላለ ቅድሚያ የጤና ባለሙያዎች እንዲጠቀሙ ዕድሉን ብንሰጣቸው ጥሩ ነው፡፡ የእነዚህን ጭንብሎች ደህንነትና ጥራት የኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድኃኒት ባለሥልጣን ፈቃድና ዕውቅና የሚሰጣቸው ሲሆን በሕጋዊ አምራች የተመረቱ ወይንም በሕጋዊ አስምጪ ወደ ሀገር ስለመግባታችው ይህንን በመጫን https://eris.efda.gov.et/public/temporary_coc ማረጋገጥና መጠቀም ይኖርብዎታል ፡፡
- N95 የመተንፈሻ የሕክምና ጭንብል (Surgical N95 respirator):- ይህ ዓይነቱ የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብል ከሕክምና የፊት መሸፈኛ ጭንብሎች የሚመደብ ሲሆን የመደበኛ የሕክምና ጭንብልና የN95 መተንፈሻ ጭንብልን ጥምር ጥቅም ያለው ሲሆን በአካላዊ ከለላ (physical barrier) ከደምና የተለያዩ የሰውነት ጥቃቅን የጠብታ ብናኞችን በሳል ከአፍ የሚወጡትን እርጥበት ጨምሮ መከለካላል የሚያስችል ሲሆን በበሽታው የተጠቁ ታካሚዎችን የሚንከባከቡ የጤና ባለሙያዎች ብቻ እንዲጠቀሙበት ይመከራል፡፡ የእነዚህን ጭንብሎች ደህንነትና ጥራት የኢትዮጵያ ምግብና መድኃኒት ባለሥልጣን ፈቃድና ዕውቅና የሚሰጣቸው ሲሆን በሕጋዊ አምራች የተመረቱ ወይንም በሕጋዊ አስመጪ ወደ ሀገር ስለመግባታችው ይህንን በመጫን https://eris.efda.gov.et/public/temporary_coc ማረጋገጥና መጠቀም ይኖርበዎታል ፡፡
የእጅ ማጽጃ (Hand sanitizer) ማለት ተላላፊ የሆኑ በሽታ አምጪ ተሕዋስያንን ለመከላከል የሚረዳ ሲሆን ከአልኮልና ከሌሎች ንጥረ ነገር በፈሳሽ ወይንም በቅባት መልክ የሚዘጋጅ ነው፡፡
ማንኛውም በሕጋዊ መንገድ የተመረተ ወይንም ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ የገባ የእጅ ማጽጃ (Hand sanitizer) የአልኮል መጠኑ ቢያንስ 80 በመቶ (80%) እና ከዚያ በላይ ከሆነ ተላላፊ የሆኑ በሽታ አምጪ ተሕዋስያንን የመከላከል አቅም ያለው ስለሆነ መጠቀም ይቻላል፡፡
የአመረተውን ድርጅት ስምና አድራሻ፣ የምርቱ መለያ ቁጥር ( batch number)፣ የአልኮል መጠኑ ከሰማኒያ በመቶ (80%) በታች አለመሆኑንና አገልግሎቱ የሚያበቃበት ወርና ዓመት መገለጻቸውን ማረጋገጥ ያስፈልጋል፡፡

GS1 DataMatrix is a two-dimensional (2D) barcode which may be printed as a square or rectangular symbol made up of individual squares. This representation is an ordered grid of dark and light squares bordered by a finder pattern. The finder pattern is partly used to specify the orientation and structure of the symbol. The data is encoded using a series of dark or light squares based upon a pre-determined size. The size of these squares is known as the X-dimension.
A GLN is a string of 13 digits that is globally unique. A GLN is generated by combining the following three components in left-to-right order:
GS1 Company Prefix: A globally unique number assigned to a company/organization by GS1 US to serve as the foundation for generating GS1 identifiers including GLNs. (See Section 2.4.) The GS1 Company Prefix is between 6 and 11 digits; the shorter the GS1 Company Prefix, the longer the location reference (below) and therefore the greater number of GLNs that may be allocated.
Location< Reference: A number assigned by the holder of the GS1 Company Prefix to uniquely identify a legal entity, functional entity, or physical location. This segment is the “serial” part that is assigned one-by-one by the company to create a globally unique GLN for each entity or location. The number of digits in the Location Reference varies in length depending on the length of the GS1 Company Prefix, so that the total number of digits in the GLN is 13.
